FIELD: microbiology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to applied microbiology and biocorrosion tests, namely, to methods for simulating processes of biocorrosion disasters of aluminium-magnesium alloys, used in aerospace engineering. Method for simulating processes of biocorrosion disasters of thin-wall sealed shells made of aluminium-magnesium alloys at operation of spacecrafts, in which test and reference samples of AlMg6 aluminium-magnesium alloys are produces, prepared test and reference samples are dried, test samples are sterilized, mock composition based on organic acid is prepared, which is applied on the sterilized test samples, and at least two samples are placed in Petri dishes, they are closed, reference samples treated with distilled water are also placed in Petri dishes, Petri dishes with test and reference samples are placed in different desiccators, bottom of which is filled with water to maintain moisture content of more than 90 %, desiccators are closed and maintained at room temperature, exhibit of test and reference samples is performed, then samples are extracted from Petri dishes, they are washed in running water, where test and reference samples are used with machined surface, and preparation of the simulation composition is performed by distilled water and one of organic acids selected from the following carboxylic acids: gluconic or malonic, obtained composition is applied on the test samples of AlMg6 aluminium-magnesium alloys with the help of the sprayer, after washing of samples in running water they are rinsed with distilled water and are dried, then, using raster electron microscope initial stages of biocorrosion and its type are estimated, chemical composition of the disaster surface of samples is researched, herewith, the exhibit of test and reference samples is performed for 30-45 days.
