For this purpose, on the basis of pachymetry data, peripheral radial cuts in corneal stroma are made, leaving endothelium, Descemet's membrane and epithelium intact. Cuts are made by pulse laser radiation with wavelength 1015-1065 nm, pulse duration 200-600 fs (s-15), pulse repetition rate 1-10MHz, energy in pulse 100-300 mcJ. Central optic zone of cornea remains free of cuts.;EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of degree of myopia and myopic astigmatism to planned results; absence of corneal syndrome in early postoperative period, high quality of vision, absence of intra- and postoperative complications.;3 ex
