FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: method involves infection of rabbits using a suspension of non-cultivated P. aeruginosa and S. aureus bacteria in concentrations of 105-106 microbialcells per1 ml on a physiological solution of sodium chloride, which is administered subcutaneously. ALT and urea are examined in the blood serum on days 1-2 and 4-5. With ALT equal to 53.0-63.0 u/l on days 1-2, and 57.0-69.0 u/l on days 4-5, and urea concentration index equal to 4.6-6.6 u/l on days 1-2, and 1.3-1.9 u/l on day 4-5, development of E. coli translocation from the intestine to the internal organs of the animal is predicted.;EFFECT: results allow to extrapolate the obtained data to humans in order to improve diagnosis and treatment of patients in case infectious processes caused by noncultured bacteria.;2 ex, 1 tbl
