FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: coefficient of endometriosis activity (CEA) is defined as the ratio of the values of the level of the coelomic epithelium CA-125 cells on day 2-3 and 7-9 of the menstrual cycle (MC), with CEA value up to 1.4, constant use of combined hormonal contraceptives (CHC) is prescribed; with CEA from 1.5 to 2.9, either CHC in a continuous regime, or gestagens in a continuous regime is prescribed.;EFFECT: method allows to simplify and individualize the choice of tactics for endometriosis treatment in case of undesirable pregnancy with its availability and low cost.;2 tbl, 4 ex
