Recognize relationships between edits and affect a subset of edits

A system for detecting dependent relationships between processing proposals in an electronic document, comprising: a receiver processor for receiving first and second processing proposals on the electronic document; and dependency detection coupled to the receiver processor for: detecting a common location of the processing suggestions in the electronic document; and determining that the first and second processing suggestions have a dependent relationship, based at least in part on the detection.
