The present invention consists in the presentation of a new industrial facility for sustainable development ([1]) combining and optimizing the best treatment techniques, water (reverse osmosis and seawater distillation) and waste (biogas) for combat the depletion of the world's water and energy resources. This same invention aims to solve the problems related to high energy consumption, salt discharges at the seaside and to supply water, heating and electricity to any living population in areas or non-isolated. It was chosen, on the one hand, to combine an optimized reverse osmosis plant with a distillery of seawater to desalinate seawater and on the other hand, to graft a biogas plant there , forming the third branch needed to obtain this new industrial facility, self-powered electricity, providing a comprehensive and comprehensive solution in terms of water production opportunities without releases of salt, electricity and heat, all , promoting the elimination of domestic waste.
