The present invention relates to a kind of measurement residual stress to use continuous impress tester more particularly, to a kind of residual stress measuring method. Due to accumulating and penetrating into material or a kind of blunt wing tip, the error of traditional residual stress measuring method can not compensate practical contact (notch) depth or directly remove weldment of the de-stress by the thermally or mechanically measurement residual stress of technology tradition, to be difficult to estimate unstressed reference curve or to quantitative measurment residual stress. However, the present invention can accurately estimate unstressed Curve Joint and use notch strength ratio (OIT ratios) unstressed parent metal and weldment, and compensate error, in the anisotropic stress structure of measurement material weldment, intensity ratio based on impression, to more accurately measure residual stress. Therefore, different from conventional method, method of the invention can be minimized error and in residual stress measurement process, and agree with and actual model.
