Tibial portion of a knee prosthesis, especially a unicompartmental prosthesis, comprising a tibial plateau having a lower (3) or distal face, delimited by a peripheral edge (6) having at least one lateral section (9), from which protrudes at least one anchor pad (4; 5) to be anchored in the tibia, the at least one pad (4; 5) having at least one shaft portion (14) having a longitudinal axis (30) and a portion (15) forming a head, the stem portion and the head portion defining therebetween an interface (25) which corresponds to the cross-section of the stud, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, referred to as the anchor section, which is at the the point (s) (22) of the lateral surface of the stud which is or are the furthest from the axis (30), the distance being measured perpendicularly to the axis (30), characterized in that the transverse section (d1) at the base of the rod and the anchoring section (25) are mutually t shifted.
