PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniature fracture toughness test piece capable of obtaining effective fracture toughness data while preventing ductile crack growth generated during fracture toughness test, and a manufacturing method of miniature fracture toughness test piece.;SOLUTION: Disclosed is a miniature CT test piece 150 sampled from the remaining material of the Charpy impact test piece after the monitoring test using a Charpy impact test specimen contained in a monitoring test capsule installed in the reactor pressure vessel and used for monitoring test of the reactor pressure vessel.
