PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inattention determination system and method capable of properly determining a user's inattentive state.;SOLUTION: An inattention determination system 1 includes a line-of-sight direction detection unit 15d that detects a user's line-of-sight direction, an inattention determination unit 15f that determines based on a result of comparison of a time, during which the user's line-of-sight direction is an inattentive direction other than a direction in which the user should look at during driving, with a threshold whether the user is in an inattentive state, and a threshold change unit 15g that changes the threshold according to at least one of the travel state of a vehicle and the user's line-of-sight direction that is the inattentive direction.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
