PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaped refractory stacking method capable of stacking the shaped refractories for coke oven efficiently with good precision by using a robot.;SOLUTION: This invention relates to a shaped refractory stacking method for stacking the shaped refractories for coke oven by using at least one robot, including: a measuring step of measuring (1) an inclination degree of the shaped refractory and (2) a positional relation between the shaped refractory and an existing part adjacent to the refractory at a position where the shaped refractories are stacked, by using a ranging sensor while the shaped refractories to be stacked are grasped by the robot; and a correcting step of correcting a stacking position and angle of the shaped refractory based on the inclination and positional relation measured in the measured step.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
