PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination device of degree of ripeness that accurately determines timing at which an object to be harvested should be harvested while a burden on farm workers is reduced without dropping efficiency of harvesting work.SOLUTION: A determination device 100 of degree of ripeness comprises: an imaging apparatus 200 which acquires an image having a plurality of pixels including a plurality of first and second pixels; and a signal processing circuit 300 which is constituted to obtain an area ratio of intensity distribution of light of a first wavelength band by using a predetermined reference value as a reference on the basis of a pixel value obtained from the plurality of first and second pixels, and generate degree of ripeness determination information correspondingly to the area ratio. The first pixel has a first light transmission filter for allowing light of the first wavelength band to transmit, and the second pixel has a second light transmission filter for allowing light of a second wavelength band to transmit. The first wavelength band is a wavelength band in which the intensity of reflected light from vegetables and fruits changes correspondingly to the degree of ripeness, and the second wavelength band is a wavelength band in which the intensity of reflected light from vegetables and fruits is approximately equal regardless of the degree of ripeness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
