PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification therapy support system which allows accurate necessity determination of change of a therapy condition in blood purification therapy.SOLUTION: The blood purification therapy support system which may support blood purification therapy comprises: storage means 1 for storing pieces of patient data unique to a patient which are acquired in plural dates including a non-therapy date when blood purification therapy is not performed; estimation means 2 for comparing pieces of patient data in plural dates stored in the storage means 1, and estimating a state of the patient before start of therapy related to blood purification therapy; and determination means 3 for determining whether or not a therapy condition of the blood purification therapy should be changed based on the state of the patient before start of the therapy estimated by the estimation means 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
