PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indirect hotline construction clip that can reliably clamp a wire line with the wire line inclined.;SOLUTION: A clip 10 includes: a pair of clip bodies 1a, 1b; a connecting member 2; and a torsion coil spring 3. Further, the clip 10 includes: a plurality of shaft rods 4s; and a plurality of rollers 4r. The pair of clip bodies 1a, 1b includes: clamping portions 11; and holding portions 12. The pair of clamping portions 11, 11 can clamp a wire line W. The pair of holding portions 12, 12 can be held by a fixed arm 81a and a movable arm 82a. The connecting member 2 rotatably connects the pair of holding portions 11, 11. The torsion coil spring 3 can close tip end sides of the pair of holding portions 11, 11. The plurality of shaft rods 4s are arranged substantially in parallel with a column direction C of the holding portions 11.
