PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for determining a solatium for shortage in power generation amount and a program for determining a solatium for shortage in power generation amount, for determining payment of the solatium when the shortage in power generation amount occurs after installation, in introducing a photovoltaic power generation system.SOLUTION: A system for determining a solatium for shortage in power generation amount comprises: estimated power generation amount acquisition means (annual power generation amount estimation part 24) for acquiring an estimated power generation amount which is a power generation amount within a predetermined period by a photovoltaic power generation device when the predetermined photovoltaic power generation device is installed; actual power generation amount acquisition means (power generation amount acquisition part 33) for acquiring an actual power generation amount generated by the actually installed photovoltaic power generation device; and solatium calculation means (part 39 for disregarding fractions beyond a compensation upper limit or lower fractions) for calculating the solatium to be paid to a user of the photovoltaic power generation device based on the shortage amount when the actual power generation amount is insufficient with respect to the estimated power generation amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
