PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a high activity copper slag fine powder capable of modifying copper slag produced as by-product in a copper refining facility as high activity copper flag which can be used as an admixture for cement.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a high activity copper slag fine powder by pulverizing massive copper slag having a composition having content of iron oxide in a range of 35 mass% to 55 mass%, content of silicon dioxide in a range of 28 mass% to 38 mass%, content of calcium oxide in a range of 1 mass% to 10 mass%, content of aluminum oxide in a range of 2 mass% to 8 mass%, and average particle diameter of 1 mm to 50 mm to obtain fine powder having Blaine specific surface area of 2000 cm/g or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
