PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode apparatus for generating an electric field and/or a magnetic field for guiding aquatic lives.SOLUTION: An electrode apparatus 70 includes a plurality of electrode devices 174 for generating an electric field and/or a magnetic field for guiding aquatic lives. The plurality of electrode devices 174 are disposed in water separately from one another, and when an electric pulse is applied to at least one electrode device 174 of the plurality of electrode devices 174, an electric field and/or a magnetic field are generated around the at least one electrode device 174. A first section and a second section are formed by the electric field and/or the magnetic field, the first section and the second section being sections separately closed. Stimulation is given to the aquatic lives by the electric field and/or the magnetic field for guiding the aquatic lives so as to selectively move the aquatic lives from the first section to the second section, and from the second section to the first section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
