DATA MANAGEMENT SERVER IN HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR LINKING DAILY ACTIVITIES WITH TRAINING, USER TERMINAL AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel health management system of linking training in a fitness club or the like with exercise in daily activities.SOLUTION: A user of a health management system sets an own target exercise quantity. A target value can be automatically set by inputting body data such as an age and a body weight, and profile data such as a commute time, a commuting distance, and a type of work. When the target value is set, measurement data from data input hardware, the data such as daily activities and various fitness activities are transmitted to the system and stored in a server of the system. The system calculates a sufficiency ratio of the current exercise quantity to the target value for each user on the basis of the acquired exercise quantity and a cumulative exercise quantity, and when the sufficiency ratio is out of a prescribed range, presents a recommendable activity menu. When the user selects a specific activity from the presented activity menu, the selected activity is stored along with a selected time/date and is used as evaluation of the activity and tabulation of the aggregate data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
