PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate execution of wasteless efficient business activities.;SOLUTION: A business activity support device 10 acquires information on an activity report of business activities and collects information on the activities of a customer. Based on the acquired information on the activity report and the collected information on the activities, the business activity support device 10 determines in which phase the customer is among a plurality of phases set in advance as a plurality of processes that are gradually shifted in a series of business activities.
