PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a value of a current for charging a secondary battery in consideration of deterioration of the secondary battery on the basis of a voltage and a current of the secondary battery.SOLUTION: The charging control device is configured to control charging of a secondary battery to be charged on the basis of a charging pattern calculated from a deterioration model or a deterioration map of the secondary battery and an internal state parameter of the secondary battery.
