PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure cooling efficiency of a totally-enclosed fan-cooled motor with a further simplified structure.SOLUTION: A totally-enclosed fan-cooled motor 100 comprises: a rotor 10 having a rotor shaft 11 and a rotor core 12; a stator 20 having a stator core 21 and stator winding 22; a frame 40; an anti-joining side bearing 30a and a joining side bearing 30b; an anti-joining side bearing bracket 45a and a joining side bearing bracket 45b; two inner fans 51a and 51b; an outer fan 55; and a cooler 60. The cooler 60 includes: a normal cooling pipe 61a; a short cooling pipe 61b arranged in a region adjacent to the normal cooling pipe; a first end plate 62a for supporting an end of an outside air inlet side of the normal cooling pipe 61a; a third end plate 62c for supporting ends of outside outlet sides of the normal cooling pipe 61a and the short cooling pipe 61b; and a second end plate 62b for supporting the end of the outside air inlet side of the short cooling pipe 61b and arranged between the first end plate 62a and the third end plate 62c in an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
