PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a platform for enabling a disabled person and a caregiver or the like to exchange information via a network, and to easily and quickly acquire the latest information effective for conquering a self-disability.SOLUTION: A server device 1 comprises: a user DB 14 for managing user IDs and attribute information of users and disabled portion IDs specifying disabled portions of the users in association; a categorization part 11f for categorizing the users or content submitted by the users in accordance with the types of disabilities on the basis of the disabled portion IDs; and a recommendation part 11d for selecting recommended users on the basis of a result of categorization, and for making recommendations to the users. Icons corresponding to the disabled portion IDs are displayed on all public pages including my-pages and submission pages of the users such that the disabled portions of the respective users can be grasped by those icons.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
