PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commercial transaction behavior and physical distribution that can be countermeasures against social demands reducing human works and economic costs pertaining to commercial activities as much as possible, and having stores near to consumers desired, and social problems such as vacant houses on the increase, vacant rooms thereon and the like, contribute to increase in convenience of users, and utilize programs and information communication devices using an ICT.;SOLUTION: A sales purchase system is configured to: use an ICT device terminal a-1 owned by a user r-1, or an administrative operation side ICT device terminal a-2 to conduct identification authentication of the user r-1 by an administrative operation side server se-1, and make engagements from a visiting store, a purchase behavior, settlement to a leaving store, in which the sales purchase system is further provided with a crime prevention-countermeasure function by utilization of a sensor b-1 such as a camera and the like.
