The present invention relates to a method of concentrating an aqueous solution at a low pressure in a non-osmotic pressure differential state, and more particularly to a method of concentrating a solute-containing aqueous solution to be concentrated at a low pressure in a non-osmotic pressure state. When the method of the present invention is used, energy consumption is low, and even if no extraction solvent is used, the saturated aqueous solution of the maximum solute or the concentration of the solute can be concentrated to 100%. Furthermore, the method of the present invention has the advantage that a separate osmotic pressure inducing solution need not be used.
