PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing consumable management system configured to reduce delivery cost of consumables.SOLUTION: A consumable management server includes: an information receiving section for receiving consumable information on a state of consumables equipped in a printer; a comparison section which determines a first replacement consumable supply, on the basis of a comparison between the consumable information and a first threshold, and determines a second replacement consumable supply, on the basis of a comparison between the consumable information on consumables other than the first replacement consumable supply and a second threshold when the first replacement consumable supply is determined on the basis of the comparison with the first threshold; and a delivery instruction section which issues an instruction to deliver supplies for the first replacement consumable supply and the second replacement consumable supply.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
