PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a buoyancy-type base isolated foundation structure in which a frictional force is reduced by using buoyancy and a structure of permitting slippage is formed, and thereby the structure where the earthquake load higher than a setting level may not be transmitted to a construction can be formed to exhibit a superior base isolation effect.SOLUTION: A construction method of a buoyancy-type base isolated foundation structure is provided which includes: a step of excavating the ground and constructing a foundation pit 2; a step of disposing a construction 3 in the bottom face 2a of the foundation pit 2; and a step of storing a fluid 4 in the foundation pit 2. In the storage step of the fluid, a target value of an inertial force α acting on the construction 3 in an earthquake is set; the buoyancy V necessary for the construction 3 is calculated based on V=W-F/μ representing a relationship of a ground force N of the construction 3, a load W of the construction 3 and a horizontal force F(=m/α) to act on construction 3 in the earthquake; and a water-level of the fluid 4 is adjusted based on the calculated buoyancy V.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
