PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device against freezing that may be installed readily on new and existing door equipment and is capable of either preventing or eliminating freezing of frozen snow and water infiltrating a guide rail groove of the door equipment, along with door equipment provided with the device.SOLUTION: A device 1A against freezing is for either preventing or eliminating freezing of frozen snow and water that infiltrated a groove 23a of a guide rail 23 made of a magnetic material and installed at a lower part of a door body 21 for opening/closing an opening formed on a wall partitioning an indoor space 11 from an outdoor space 12, and the device generating magnetism and heating the guide rail 23 by the magnetism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
