PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encapsulation material capable of encapsulating between members to be encapsulated at high air tight and holding the high air tight at good.SOLUTION: There is provided a green sheet for encapsulation containing a glass powder, a zirconia powder and an organic product, the zirconia powder has monolithic shape, percentage of the glass powder is 20 vol.% to 90 vol.% when total of the glass powder and the zirconia powder is 100 vol.% and percentage of the organic product is 15 mass% or less when whole green sheet for encapsulation is 100 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
