PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the interior of a box generates a temperature difference and a dispersion in quality of fresh foliage plant herb between a place close to a cold insulator and a place away from the same when the cold insulator is stored in a box at a corner or on one side, and that the cold insulator has dew condensation and wets the box bottom to generate a deterioration in fresh foliage plant herb.SOLUTION: The invention provides: a paper-made partition plate for cold insulation and moisture conditioning, consisting of a vertically set cold insulator housing frame 1 which can be assembled by surrounding the center position of the bottom 31 of a box body 30 having a bottom plate, a top plate, and side plates, and a cold insulator installation rack 2 made of water-absorbing paper that mounts a cold insulator in the cold insulator housing 1 by positioning in a space including the center of the box body 30, and partitioning a fresh foliage plant herb housing around the outer periphery of the cold insulator housing frame 1; a transportation container box of fresh foliage plant herb using the box body; a transportation system; and fresh foliage plant herb.
