PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture-taking game device that can facilitate generation of images to be provided to a user.SOLUTION: A picture-taking game device has a function that generates a background image suitable to be displayed on the basis of a setting operation of a user in web service provided on the Internet by using a picture image taken and obtained by a camera. The picture-taking game device displays a preview display based upon the background image to be generated to the user (in a collage area 281); and, in this state, receives an operation of editing the background image by the user. The preview display is displayed so that, when the background image to be generated is displayed in the web service, an area (a sample image 410) corresponding to a prescribed area to be hidden on the basis of a function of the web service is different from other area in a display mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 43
