PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advance payment accounting management device, an advance payment accounting management method, and an advance payment accounting management program that achieve generation of payment data and invoicing data mapped each other by one input.;SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, based on the input data including information relating to an amount paid in advance, an agency as a payee, a subcontractor as a payer of the amount paid in advance, and a trade date, the device generates the following based on the trade date: payment data including information in which the amount paid in advance is an amount to be paid, and the agency is a payee; and invoicing data including information in which the amount paid in advance is an amount to be redeemed, and the subcontractor is a payer.
