PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of accurately predicting delivery success/failure.SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a pattern information extraction part that, with respect to a predetermined delivery destination, extracts, according to success/failure, a piece of pattern information which represents a changing tendency of electric power consumption in a time zone including the success/failure time based on a piece of delivery result information which includes success/failure of the delivery and success/failure time, and a piece of electric power consumption information which represents a time series electric power consumption amount at the delivery destination; and a prediction part that compares the electric power consumption information and extracted pattern information at an arbitrary delivery destination, and predicts success/failure of delivery at an arbitrary delivery destination at each time zone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
