PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination and a screening method of polypeptide which can explore an anticancer agent inducing a nucleolar stress response.SOLUTION: The invention provides: a combination of a fusion polypeptide I of RPL5 and a protein I, and a fusion polypeptide II of MDM2 and a protein II, where the protein I and protein II exhibit a fluorescence or form fluorescence foci by intermolecular bonding of the RPL5 and the MDM2, the combination of the fusion polypeptides I and II being capable of detect a nucleolar stress response; or a vector comprising the fusion polypeptide; or a kit comprising the fusion polypeptide or the vector.
