PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation system of a car-sharing service capable of suppressing occurrence of opportunity loss accompanied with cancellation of reservation.;SOLUTION: An operation system 100 comprises: a second determination part 132 for determining a priority use period that is a period in which probability of use of a service by a priority user whose cancellation rate is low, is high; and a third determination part 133 for determining a priority reservation period that is a period in which, probability of performing reservation for using a service in the priority use period, by the priority user, is high. A reservation processing part 130 of the operation system 100 is configured so that in a point of time before an end date of the priority reservation period, a user other than the priority user is not allowed to perform reservation for using the service, in a period overlapping the priority use period.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
