PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green tea production line using a powdered green tea furnace where throughput per unit time is increased to achieve mass production, further, drying efficiency is improved, and production cost is reduced without damaging quality, and a hybrid line provided with a powdered green tea production line therein.;SOLUTION: Provided is a green tea production line comprising: an oxidative enzyme deactivation step where the oxidative enzyme of tea leaves to be charged is deactivated; a cooling step where the tea leaves are cooled while being continuously carried by a belt conveyer; a pressure-striking step where the tea leaves are subjected to pressure-striking; a drying step where the tea leaves are placed on a netlike belt conveyer and are dried; a CTC step where, through a rotor van step and a woody stem selection step in which a stem part and a leaf part are selected, the tea leaves are made into desired grain size shape; and a finish drying step. The drying step uses a powdered green tea furnace including: a drying chamber; one step belt conveyer; and a hot wind generation apparatus arranged between upper stage and lower stage belts and generating hot wind from the lower part of the upper stage belt, and the tea leaves are conveyed in a state of being laminated to a fixed thickness without gaps on the whole of the surface of the upper stage belt.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
