A work condition management system for work that is carried out by a plurality of workers to whom roles are allocated, wherein said work condition management system is characterized by being provided with a plurality of terminals and a management system, wherein: the management system obtains log information, calculates, on the basis of the obtained log information, a plurality of types of index values indicating the progress of the work, and transmits, to the terminals, an index screen display instruction including index values to be displayed on the terminals; each terminal then displays an index screen including the index values that are included in the index screen display instruction, and, upon accepting an operation to select one of the index values displayed on the index screen, transmits to the management system an index value selection operation log indicating that the index value has been subjected to a selection operation; and the management system updates, on the basis of the index value selection operation logs received from the plurality of terminals, total validity assessment values for the indices corresponding to the index values have been subjected to the selection operation, and changes the indices to be displayed on the index screens of the plurality of terminals, on the basis of the updated total validity assessment values.
