PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic wastewater treatment system and an organic wastewater treatment method, enabling ammonia or phosphorus to be removed from organic wastewater, and a control program for the organic wastewater treatment system.SOLUTION: The organic wastewater treatment system of the embodiment has a sedimentation pond, an introduction flow path, a biological reaction tank, a first control part, and a high concentration treatment water feeding mechanism. The sedimentation pond precipitates an organic substance in organic wastewater. The introduction flow path flows organic wastewater flown out from the sedimentation pond . The high concentration treatment water feeding mechanism causes organic wastewater having organic matter concentration higher than the organic matter concentration of the organic wastewater flown out from the sedimentation pond to flow into the introduction flow path. The high concentration treatment water feeding mechanism measures the organic matter concentration, the total nitrogen concentration and the total phosphorus concentration of organic wastewater before flowing into the biological reaction tank, calculates organic matter concentration with respect to the total nitrogen concentration and organic matter concentration with respect to the total phosphorus concentration, and when they are smaller than a preset reference value, causes the organic wastewater having organic matter concentration higher than the organic matter concentration of the organic wastewater flown out from the sedimentation pond to flow into the introduction flow path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
