PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a community-based integrated care service system which integrally manages and operates various operations and services including a care insurance service in an autonomous body.SOLUTION: Basic data, care insurance data, medical insurance data held by an autonomous body and particular data containing measures and the like taken by the autonomous body are integrally organized in a database 10. A client computer 31 with table definition information to compose a specific data table in the database 10 and input sheet definition information for data input generates automatically a sheet for input 44 according to the input sheet definition information. The data input in the sheet for input 44 is converted into a CCV file 48. In a server computer 32, a data table creation part 50 generates automatically a language statement 52 to prepare the data table on the basis of the table definition information and prepares the data table with the language statement 52. A taking-in part 54 takes in the CSV file 48 and stores it in the generated data table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
