PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an odd smell estimation device capable of reducing time required for detection of odd smell of raw water, an odd smell estimation system, an odd smell estimation method and an odd smell estimation program.SOLUTION: The odd smell estimation device has an image input unit, an algae amount acquisition unit, a storage unit and an odd smell estimation unit. The image input unit inputs image data having raw water as a subject from an imaging unit which performs photoelectric conversion of light from the subject for each of a plurality of wavelength bands. The algae amount acquisition unit extracts a pixel region of a first algae contained in the raw water for each type of the first algae on the basis of signal strengths of the plurality of wavelength bands in the image data, and acquires the amount of the first algae for each type of the first algae per unit quantity of the raw water on the basis of the extracted pixel region of the first algae for each type. The storage unit stores an evaluation value of smell generated for each type of the first algae. The odd smell estimation unit estimates a level of the odd smell of the raw water on the basis of the amount of the first algae for each type acquired by the algae amount acquisition unit and the evaluation value stored by the storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
