PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoisomeric material that has a large area, easy processability and high efficiency while maintaining a functionality of a material consisting of only a compound.SOLUTION: A photoisomeric material comprises a compound expressing Weigert effect, and a translucent polymer, with the compound dispersed in the polymer as amorphous fine particles.
