PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensitivity evaluation apparatus.SOLUTION: The sensitivity evaluation apparatus includes: a storage 3 that stores a data base 31 which includes plural clusters which are sorted according to a previously acquired sensitivity evaluation and presentation information associated with the plural clusters; an input part 1 for allowing a user to input a sensitivity evaluation relevant to an ideal environment; a cluster selection section 23 that selects a cluster which includes a sensitivity evaluation on the ideal environment input on the input part 1 from the plural clusters; and a presentation section 4 that presents at least a part of the presentation information associated with the cluster selected by the cluster selection section 23 to the user.
