PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely bind two or more segments, and improve the workability of releasing the bundling of the two or more segments and the workability of attitude change of the segments.SOLUTION: A suspending tool 10 includes a rectangular frame 12 for sandwiching two or more stacked segments C by brackets 12A, 12B with a long side in the thickness direction, and sandwiching and binding the segments by brackets 12C, 12D with a short side in the width direction. A flange 12E for hanging wire of a chain block is provided in the bracket 12B that is one long side. Also, a connection point of the brackets 12A-12D separably connects the brackets, and connects the brackets in a relatively turnable manner. Then, the frame 12 is configured such that a portion including the bracket 12B provided with the flange 12E is turnable around a bolt 17 at three connection points in the state where the brackets are separated at least in one connection point.
