PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purification apparatus and a purification method for contaminated water capable of removing radioactive materials, and to provide a purification system for contaminated water.SOLUTION: A contaminated water purification apparatus comprises a water storage tank 2, a purified water generating tank 1, and supply means 3 and return means 4 for allowing circulation between the water storage tank and the purified water generating tank. The purified water generating tank includes separated first and second generation tanks 5, 6, a communication part 14 for communicating both the generation tanks, and transfer means 9 for transferring water to be treated from the first generation tank to the second generation tank. Both the generation tanks includes first and second microorganism breeding tanks 52, 62 for housing porous materials 57, 67. The first and second microorganism breeding tanks include circulation means 7, 8 for discharging water to be treated above a water surface while circulation.
