PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp an operation rate in each combination of hardware and software configuring a virtualization system.SOLUTION: The operation rate management method of a resource pool 3 configured by including a servers 4 and a virtualization machine 7 embodied by a hypervisor 41 included in the server 4 includes steps of: making an inquiry for an operation state to each virtualization machine 7; determining whether or not the virtual machine 7 is abnormal on the basis of the transition of the life cycle of the virtual machine 7; and recording the operation start date or/and stop date of the virtual machine 7 determined on the basis of the operation state of the virtual machine 7.
