PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device including a two-dimensional display device, such as a touch panel liquid crystal display device, and enables changing and fine tuning of an operation frequency simply by only performing a predetermined operation to a predetermined area on a screen of the device.SOLUTION: A radio communication device displays a reception state display image, such as a spectrum scope image 27 in a predetermined operation area 30 on a screen of a two-dimensional display device, determines, when a predetermined operation, such as a touch of a finger on the operation area 30 is performed, a frequency corresponding to the position 31 of the predetermined operation as an operation frequency, expands the reception state display image displayed on the operation area 30 in a first direction (lateral direction) according to a predetermined pattern every time the duration time of the predetermined operation exceeds a predetermined time period, stops the expansion of the reception state display image when the position of the predetermined operation is moved in the first direction, and changes the operation frequency according to the amount of movement or the position after the movement of the predetermined operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
