PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component for an electric experiment set which can enhance learning effect, and an electric experiment set including the electric component.SOLUTION: An electric component includes: a leg group including a plurality of legs 22 and 32 having leg bottom surfaces brought into contact with a plane 12, and configured to enable the electric component to stand alone on the plane 12; support parts 23 and 33 supported by the leg group in a state of being separated from the plane 12; and a battery 21 or a light-emitting element 31 that includes a plurality of terminals and is supported by the support parts 23 or 33 in the state of being separated from the plane 12. The leg group in the electric component includes a plurality of terminal surfaces in the plurality of leg bottom surfaces, each of the terminal surfaces being electrically connected to a terminal different from those of the other terminal surfaces, and is further provided with a function as a magnetic pole for increasing contact force of the terminal surfaces with the plane 12 by magnetic force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
