PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion for paper making chemical capable of providing a paper making chemical dispersion excellent in handleability, capable of providing paper having good tone and further capable of efficiently exhibiting good filtrability and yield, and a paper making chemical dispersion capable of being obtained by dispersing a paper making chemical with the dispersion for paper making chemical.SOLUTION: A dispersion for paper making chemical obtained by copolymerizing total amount of 100 mol of a cationic copolymerizable monomer and other copolymerizable monomers so that the cationic copolymerizable monomer is 4 mol to 10 mol and having a weight average molecular weight of 1,400,000 to 6,000,000 is used for dispersing the paper making chemical containing an acrylamide polymer. The dispersion agent for paper making chemical, the paper making chemical and a salt solution having the salt concentration of 5 mass% or more and saturated concentration or less are contained in the dispersion for paper making.
