Surface heat shielding material, heat shielding method and global warming prevention method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface heat shielding material that can prevent reflected light from damaging eyes of humans or animals and can reduce a heat amount absorbed by a surface among radiant heat illuminated from sun, a heat shielding method using these surface heat shielding materials, and a surface warming prevention method for preventing global warming up.SOLUTION: A surface shielding material is configured by laminating a resin layer such as vinyl chloride in which a color pigment and a UV agent are mixed and a material having high reflectance to radiant heat such as an aluminum foil from an incident side of sun light. Since the surface shielding material reflects sun light by a surface of a high reflectance material to the radiant heat such as the aluminum foil, all energy from the sun light is not necessarily provided as heat to the surface. Therefore, the surface warming up may be prevented, further, the resin layer such as vinyl chloride in which the laminated color pigment and the UV agent are mixed irregularly reflects the reflected light, accordingly, eyes of humans or animals are surely prevented from being damaged by the reflected light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
