A tension buckle is provided and includes a slider body and a toggle body, including features that permit “locking” the positioning of a load. The slider body includes a head with a strap receiving passageway extending there through from lateral sides thereof and positioned along a proximal end thereof, and a distal end having a neck positioned opposite the proximal end and tie section extending from the neck.
