For instance, in one example, a device includes a detector, a sensor, and a transceiver. The detector triggers a chemical reaction upon contact with a target substance in a user's body. The sensor detects when the chemical reaction occurs. The transceiver transmits an electronic signal containing a record of the chemical reaction to a user endpoint device.
